Catered Buffets
Whether your event is at a rustic barn, an urban outdoor venue or looking over the metropolitan skyline, Z’s Smokin’ Bonez has you covered. Our cuisine is perfect for rehearsal dinners, weddings, company events, family reunions, business meetings and fundraisers.
We have two types of buffet menus and two types of service; choose the ones that best “meats” your need. The Smokehouse Buffet offers slow smoked meats with our special blend of rubs and spices. While the Grillers Buffet has the traditional picnic meat fare. Both buffets have a wide variety of hot or cold side dishes. We are flexible with our menu, so don’t hesitate to ask for a special request.
Types of Service we Offer
A.) Full Service: All serving dishes & utensils, disposable plates, napkins, silverware supplied. Set-up and clean-up is all done for you. Subject to a 18% gratuity, mileage fee and local sales tax. Attendant(s) hourly fee is $150; if needed, on-site Pit Master for grilling/carving is a flat fee of $225.
B.) Delivered & Set-Up Service: Packaged oven hot ready to serve in disposable pans. Includes disposable serving utensils, plates, napkins, and silverware. Just tell us the time you would like to eat and provide us a table. We will arrive just prior to set-up buffet. Subject to a 15% gratuity, mileage fee and local sales tax.
