Practically every society for generations has celebrated by gathering around a table and sharing a meal. This ritual of feasting over one common dish is known as the Hog Roast. At Forkless, we’re fired-up to bring you the ultimate Whole Hog Roast experience in MN.

Let the main course be the centerpiece of your event. And that includes decorating the hog to fit your themed celebration. Imagine a fully decorated hog, the star of the show, delivered right to your event for $550 plus mileage. Or, if you want to get hands-on, rent our smoker and be the Pit Master for $400.

Need to round out your meal with side dishes? We’ve got you covered. Choose from two side dish options at $8 per person. Want more variety? Add an additional smoked meat for $3 per person and/or an extra side for $2.50 per person. We’re flexible with our menu, so don’t hesitate to ask for special requests.

Service Options

Full Service

All serving dishes & utensils, disposable plates, napkins, silverware supplied. Set-up and clean-up is all done for you. Subject to a 18% gratuity, mileage fee and local sales tax. Attendant(s) hourly fee is $150; if needed, on-site Pit Master for grilling/carving is a flat fee of $225.

Delivered & Set-Up Service

Packaged oven hot ready to serve in disposable pans. Includes disposable serving utensils, plates, napkins, and silverware. Just tell us the time you would like to eat and provide us a table. We will arrive just prior to set-up buffet. Subject to a 15% gratuity, mileage fee & local sales tax.

China, glassware, silverware, table/chairs, portable bars, tents are available for rent- request quote.
